My furniture for my daughter's room took 10 weeks to come in, glad I ordered it well in advance! I would wait a couple more weeks and then starting seriously looking for furniture. You will start showing soon and feel more comfortable with the pregnancy. Also, seeing a heartbeat on the ultrasound after 12 weeks puts you into a much safer zone--so if you've seen it already, you are in better shape then if not.
