   look at walmart, kmart, target. you can go in consumerreports.org to check reviews and go to recalls website http://www.recalls.gov/cpsc.html click on products to find out if any you are considering have been recalled.

   Try checking out garage sales, or 2nd hand stores. Sometimes you can find really good quality, gently used stuff there!

   i bought the “i love my bear” range from toys r us i found it very good value for money and have had no probs with anything

   Babies r us, argos or ebay. If you type it in on google, loads of different websites come up. Try kiddicare.com. There is loads of baby stuff on there for reasonable prices. Ikea do cheap cots and stuff but be careful as their cots are smaller than all the other cots in the UK. There are made with Sweedish sizes, the same as the beds in there. This means that any bedding you buy will be miles too big unless you buy that from Ikea as well!

   I got mine at IKEA. I got the crib, dresser and toy chest from the Leksvik collection. Grand total it was about $ 375. They are really sturdy and I like the way they look.
